Shareholder

A shareholder is a physical or legal entity that owns shares in a company. Shareholders can have varying levels of influence over the management of the company, depending on the number and type of shares owned. They receive a portion of the company’s profits in the form of dividends and have voting rights at shareholder meetings.

During the business verification process, particular attention is paid to identifying and understanding the ownership and management structure of the company to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering standards and financial transparency.
