Your card balance reflects the total sum of all your currency balances, converted to EUR based on current exchange rates. Since exchange rates fluctuate, your PayDo card balance may also change. To add funds, simply top up your PayDo balance through any of the available top up methods, and your card balance will update automatically
When making a card payment, funds are debited from your EUR balance. If your EUR balance is insufficient, funds are automatically converted from other balances, starting with whichever balance has the highest EUR equivalent
PayDo cards support all major card transactions, including in-store and online purchases. Cash withdrawals are only supported with physical PayDo cards
PayDo offers both physical and virtual cards. Either one can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
All card management tools and transaction history are accessible in your PayDo Dashboard under the “Issued Cards” section. You can also review card transactions in the “Reports” section
You can:
- Issue new cards, freeze, block, reissue, or close them
- Enable or disable specific transaction types (Contactless, Internet purchase, Withdrawal)
- Configure flexible transaction limits for each type of operation
All these settings can be managed in the card’s details section within your PayDo Dashboard
- Online payments are secured with 3DS, requiring a static password and a one-time code (OTP) sent to the phone number linked to your card.
- In-store payments with physical PayDo cards require a PIN code. You set both your 3DS password and PIN code during card creation
If a payment is declined, you can find the specific reason in your PayDo Dashboard. Go to your card’s transaction list, select the failed payment, and view the transaction details for more information.
